Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:
Prepare management reports on a monthly basis and exercise robust analytical on financial statements particularly on profit and loss statements, identify costs and expenses, understand the costs and expenses trend on a month to month basis for both Indonesian and Overseas operation. Set-up annual budget including Top-Line (product profitability), Opex and Capex, which align to GOJEK strategies and management goals. Work closely with GOJEK Key Stakeholders (Corporate Development, Function head and Production head) to monitor and control the actual performance vs budget. Monitor and control the cash flows and cash balance on a periodic basis, prepare periodic cash flow reports (as occurred and projections) for management decision making process for both Indonesian and Overseas operation. Support the reporting process for management decision making. Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Adept skills on financial modelling and presentation deck preparation is critical Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university with major in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Management or equivalent. At least 4-6 years of experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 is preferable) /corporate finance/management consulting/investment bank/private equity. Preference given to candidates that currently hold a similar position within a large established corporation. Bilingual Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills.
