Position: Financial Controller/15 years experience- CPALocation: Cebu Business ParkSalary 100k complete benefitsJob type: full time, onsite, direct hire and permanent, willing to work in Cebu can speak Cebuano EDUCATION:• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, a Certified Public Accountant• Graduate of any Business Master's Program, an advantage TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:• At least fifteen (15) years professional experience in financial management- particularly in developing andmaintaining budgets and cash flows, financial analysis and financial reporting• Proficiency in ERP System is an advantage• High competency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) SKILLS:• Accounting, Finance, Budgeting and Cost Control Principles• Cash Flow Preparation and analysis• Treasury Management and Investment of Funds• Understanding of Philippine Tax Code, local business tax laws, and relevant government regulations• Financial Reporting Standards• People Management PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS• Must work well with people across all levels and has a sense of cooperation and teamwork• Strong leadership skills; results oriented• Professional, has initiative and with integrity• Can work under stress and not cave in to pressure• Willing to travel across the Philippines
