Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team. The Finance Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting processes to support the financial health and strategic decision-making of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the annual operating budget in coordination with ManOps Leads and GI management.Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and financial regulations.Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize financial performance.Develop financial forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.Collaborate with the management to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow accurately.Evaluate forecasting models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability.Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation decisions.Monitor industry trends and economic factors impacting financial performance and recommend adjustments to plans and strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience (3+ years) in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, preferably in the environmental or utilities sector.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).With Construction Company background.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising and developing finance teams.Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive change and process improvements.Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
