**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any related course- Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.- Good time management skills.- Must be detail - oriented**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.- Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis- Assists in updating the books of account, monthly, quarterly and yearly F/S with supporting schedules.- Assists in preparing the Financial Statements supporting schedules such as: Receivables, Payables, Accruals and other pertinent accounting records and book of accounts.- Checks bank reconciliation statements every 15th & 30th and ensures adequate and correct balances.- Prepares aging of Accounts Receivable.- Responsible in preparing and sending of monthly Statement of Accounts.Schedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Subic Bay, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
