Finance Head

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.- License as CPA will be an advantage but not required- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.- Ethical behavior.- Attention to detail.**Responsibilities**:- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.- Maintaining accurate financial records.- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.- Computing taxes.- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift
