Finance Specialist (Laguna)

Develop corrective financial action plans.
Prepare budget and cost reports for management.
Analyze and report variances for projects.
Perform or assist with financial compliance and procedural audits.
Ensure that a company's internal controls and policies are functional and adequate, and that they comply with regulatory rules.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, industry practices and regulatory guidelines.
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting course, CPA is an advantage
For CPA, at least 1 year solid experience in audit and general accounting
For non-CPA, at least 2 years experience handling AP/ AR and FS Reporting and Analysis
Highly analytical and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Hardworking, trustworthy and with strong leadership skills.
Above average communication skills
Must be willing to be assigned inLaguna and Bicutan
