Johnsonville&Frabelle FoodsJob overview: Responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting of the company. He/she is also responsible for the preparation of in-depth analysis with regards to financial and operational performance of the company.Duties and Responsibilities.Management reporting and Financial Analysis- Develop and maintain strong relationship and communications at all levels of the organization to provide meaningful financial and business analysis, insights and recommendations.- Improve and develop executive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track the progress of the Company's overall KPIs- Formulate sensitivity analysis templates for costing and pricing and recommend action steps accordingly- Assist with developing and maintaining accurate costing methodology to enhance decision-making- Build and manage financial databases which serve as the basis for future decisions.- Partnering with Operations and other concerned departments to track cost and monitor savings initiatives (Continuous Improvement Projects)Budgeting, Forecasting- Plan, Lead, And participate in the annual budgeting as well as monthly forecasting activities. This includes data gathering, coordinating with all relevant departments for assumptions, analyzing, reporting.- Provide guidance and recommendations on budget and forecast assumptionsCorporate Governance- Assist in establishing processes and reporting tools to provide information for timely and accurate monthly financial close, cost recognition and allocation. >Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while promoting quality and consistency.- Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.**Salary**: From Php70,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
