QualificationsGraduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountant, Business Administration. Management Accounting, Finance or equivalentAt least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this positionHighly organized and detail-orientedDuties and ResponsibilitiesWork in collaboration with the external accounting firmAccomplish BIR and government returns and mandatoriesWork closely with the Founder and CEOEnter all income and expenditure transactions into the template and softwareReconcile all bank, controls, and other accountsContribute to the preparation of annual organizational and project budgetsContribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statementsPrepare budget comparison and cash flow reportsPrepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the template and softwarePrepare financial year-end schedules including debtors and creditors and ensure all accounting requirements, documents including trial balance are completeLiaise with and assist the external auditor in respect of annual statements and related mattersProcess banking transactions such as deposits and bankbookPrepare billings, invoices, and official receiptsAudit sales receipts, deposits, and other pertinent documents in branches and other business facilitiesSupplier, Lessor, and purchasing communicationFranchise training and support Benefits of working as a Finance Officer in Makati:
