Salary Range: Php 25,000 to 30,000 Job Purpose : Assist in daily finance operations
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in the reconciliation of all bank statements Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and sales reports Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone, email, fax, or mail Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and customers Other tasks that may be assigned Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking At least 3 years of working experience in the related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in General Accounting is a plus Microsoft Office productivity tools savvy/knowledgeable Experienced in performing accounting and financial activities Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles and methods Working experience in advanced accounting and business software applications Excellent report drafting and verbal communication skills Benefits of working as a Finance Officer in Philippines:
