Is currently looking for: FINANCE MANAGERDEPARTMENT:FINANCE REPORTING TO:TOP MANAGEMENT JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Top Manager, the position is responsible in submission of all accounting reports before deadline accurately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance department including: Month and year-end processRevenue and expenditure variance analysisAccounts payable and receivablesGeneral Ledger and Subsidiary LedgersCash Receipts and Disbursements RegisterCapital assets and Fixed assetsBank ReconciliationReconciliation of accounts with affiliated companiesUpdating of Balance Sheet schedulesMonitor and analyze accounting data and generate reports and statements for submission to top management every 10th of the month.Coordinate implementation of internal control and establish proper accounting methods, policies and Principles.Coordinate with external and internal auditors on interim/year-end audits.Monitor submission of government requirements including TAX compliance with BIR.Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions.Assign projects and supervise accounting staff toensure compliance and accuracy to meet accounting objectives.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsQUALITY MANAGEMENTImplement and/or carry out quality improvement activities and functions as Finance Manager (such as compliance to documented Quality Procedures, active committee membership, implementation of assigned quality projects, etc) as maybe formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT: Tax ComplianceSubmission of all accounting reports before deadline.Maintenance of records in utmost concern confidentialityCOMPETENCIES REQUIREDBasic Accounting ApplicationReport Generation, Preparation and AnalysisAudit SkillsKnowledge on Financial ReportsKnowledge on cost analysisLeadership SkillsTRAININGS REQUIREDBasic AccountingCoaching by Immediate SuperiorCoaching by Immediate SuperiorCoaching by Immediate SuperiorCoaching by Immediate SuperiorBasic Supervisor, Leadership Training, Coaching and Mentoring,EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: BS Accountancy GraduateCPA is a plusWORKING EXPERIENCE: With at least 5 years of working experience in the same fieldWith at least 3 years? experience in handling staffSPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED: Leadership TrainingTaxation Updates
