Finance Associate

Assets and Inventory Management - Creation and implementation of policies and procedures regarding all fixed assets, furniture and other inventory related items
- Proper tagging, distribution and lapsing schedules of all assets
- Preparation of monthly and annual report on new inventory and merchandise acquisitions, damaged items and assets to be replaced

Purchasing and Quotations Assessment

- Handling of all internal supplies and consumable supplies request
- Direct coordination with suppliers in relation to purchasing requirements, logistics of deliveries and assignment to various departments
- Creation of comprehensive and comparative reports in relation to proposed new suppliers, acquisitions and other items associated with the schools

Collections and Accounts Management

- Responsible for the collection of tuition fees and payments as well as bank deposits of all collections
- Preparation of daily and month sales report including breakdown of other similar payments, withdrawals, refunds and bounced checks
- Monitoring of Statement of Accounts and ledger updates
