Job Description:
Create and manage a robust finance process across the fast-growing startup Focus on managing accounts and budget Create and manage monthly reporting schedule Manage finance and accounts processes across 3 countries Manage compliance and any other report submissions for the statutory purpose Work with 3 external accounting firms in local countries Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary Establishing a culture of continuous business improvement Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accountancy or other related field 5-10 years’ experience in finance and operations management Experience in use of online accounting systems Excellent process management and governance Impeccable attention to detail Knowledge of regulatory and reporting requirements Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate complex business ideas. Highly motivated with a passion for driving operational business change. In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.)
