Job Description:
The Finance and admin manager has overall responsibilty for all the financial and administrative activities of the company; Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statement and reporting to Director and GM; Review and approve accounts payable and expense payable booking and disbursements; Supervise A/R collection and improve on overdue account; Treasury management, including cashflow forecasts and actuals; Conduct feasibility study of business opportunities; Annual Budgeting; Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained; Handle administrative tasks and oversee office administrations; Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and incentives. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years accounting and finance experience, minimum of 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience; CPA License is a plus; Experience in a Medical, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a plus; Knowledgeable in IFRS and Philippine GAAP; Extensive understanding and appreciation of Local Personal Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax and their implications to business operations; Extensive understanding and appreciation of Local Personal Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax and their implications to business operations; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
