Job Summary


The Finance and Accounting Manager shall be responsible in implementing policies and practices to ensure that all areas of finance and accounting are in compliance with the departmental rules.


Duties and Responsibilities


Monitor overall finance and accounting transactions Coordinate with other departments for accounting section concerns Evaluates department's performance based on KPI on a monthly basis Monitor collection targets based on monthly targets Validates payroll summary Monitor bank balances and cash requirements Monthly bank reconciliation Prepare monthly financial reports for internal use to determine results of operation and financial position Others that the management may assign Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Keen to details With at least 3 years of managerial experience in Finance and Accounting Certified Public Accountant
