Line Authority: Accounting SupervisorFinance SupervisorFinance StaffAccounting StaffCost Accounting StaffFinance and Accounting Manager that oversees the daily operation of the Finance and Accounting Department.A. Review financial statements for internal and external users.B. Review and approve Goods Receipt of adjustment / samples / non-P.O. inventories in SAP.C. Review Cost of Sales.D. Responsible to BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) related transaction including but not limited to- Review monthly and quarterly tax returns for filing to BIR- Prepare annual tax return- Securing tax treaty application in case of expenses covered by tax treatiesE. Responsible in securing permits and licenses limited to Bureau of Customs License, Mayor's permit and PEZA permit to locate.F. Responsible in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) transactions such as BSRD application in case of foreign currency denominated loans or inward remittances originating from foreign sources.G. Ensure compliance of the company in SEC, BIR and Local Government Unit.H.
