Finance Analyst

Provide core finance and accounting functions including month end close process and reconciliation activities- Recommend and implement processes, projects or outputs that will maximize productivity and efficiencies- Prepare reports and analysis on the financial performance of the company compared to Budget, Prior Periods or Forecast and to highlight and present key trends that will impact management decisions- Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company- Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members and process users- Assist in periodic BIR/LGU tax audit compliance- Performs ad hoc tasks as required by the department**_Job Qualifications: _**- Preferably with Netsuite background or other ERP Systems- Proficient in MS Excel formulas and functions- At least 3 years working experience in corporate finance and taxation, financial planning, and cost accounting.- Strong technical, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills- Has background in wholesale and retail business operating processes and practices**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Free parking- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
