Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Accounts payable Weekly sales reports Sales reconciliation Balance sheet reconciliation Credit card reconciliation (data entry) Receipting Invoicing Payouts Requirements We would need you to be or have the following: Well-oriented with any of the following: Microsoft Office applications, any CRM, database management, and other web and desktop applications Very keen to details is a must Good communication skills – written & verbal Basic customer service training is an added advantage Proven strong admin skills Able to multitask effectively Benefits Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ????!
