Field Manager

Job Description:
Supervise and oversee tasks of Financial Advisors Provide training programs to ensure everyone works as effectively as possible in the field Evaluate performance and do one on one coaching to improve productivity Responds to on-call tasks and responsibilities, handling the needs and concerns of the Financial Advisors and give support to FA’s under supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate With previous work experience as Sales Supervisor or Manager Can handle a group of Sales people Driven and ambitious Trust worthy and dependable Willing to do field work Willing to undergo training Willing to do recruitment to build his/her team Coachable Team player Has a positive mental attitude and sees the “bigger picture” or long term goals Has a positive goal for each team member Highly motivated and result oriented Organized, systematic and ability to work well under pressure Computer skills
