Field Ci / Appraiser

**Role**:- Conducts credit investigation and background checking and neighborhood checking which includes verifying information declared by clients.- Conduct Field Credit Investigation for SME Loans and responsible for the evaluation of collateral- Responsible for the appraisal of real estate, land title, OR/CR and performs relevant appraisal documentation**Qualifications**:- At least 3 years experience as CI/Appraiser from a bank or financial institution.- With Motorcycle and Active Driver's license- Willing to be assigned anywhere**AREA COVERAGE: NCR, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac & Nueva Ecija**Schedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Do you have your own motorcycle & active driver's license?- Are you willing to do field work in NCR, Bulacan, Pampanga & Tarlac**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Field CI / Appraiser: 3 years (preferred)
