Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description:Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessaryImplement preventative maintenance measuresMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete inspections of offices, productions and laboratories equipment.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocolPerform other maintenance duties given by the superior.Candidate must at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in any related course or a Tesda GraduateWith at least 1 year work experience in related fieldShould have excellent organizational skillsMust detail orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to efficiently manage time and meet deadlinesWork under pressureMust be full – time
