Job Description:
In order to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers of the store, we are looking for Facility Co-worker. This position will report to Facility Manager


ABOUT YOUR ASSIGNMENTS: Ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers of the store. Deliver facility management services, and maintain assets and buildings, Control costs by working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using good examples. ensure that all aspects of the building and grounds (facilities, building structures, assets and systems) are maintained to agreed standards and within agreed costs and timeframes. Produce and distribute periodic reports on performance of facility management services against operational and budget plans. Actively promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with facility team to understand how, together, we can contribute to sustainability. Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur. Minimum Qualifications:
Willing to be located on Kota Baru Parahyangan, West Bandung and Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta. Experience in sustainability and the environment from the perspective of facility management is essential. Mechanical and technical knowledge, and practical experience, in all facility systems Ability to prioritize and organize own work in alignment with agreed building facility priorities. Ability to ensure the integrity of safety and security systems, guidelines and documentation. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Computer Aided Facility Management software systems. Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
