Facilities/Fabrication Assistant Supervisor | Binan, Laguna

Job Description:
Reports directly to Facilities Manager in the implementation of the plans and programs of the division. Responsible for the Management of Facilities / Fabrication Group to achieve targeted goals and maintains efficiency and effectiveness of manpower and equipment. Administers Personnel Management to Facilities / Fabrication Group to improve attendance performance and encourage personnel to develop proper working attitude. Provides Facilities /Fabrication support to Production through the provision of effective preventive maintenance programs of all Facilities equipment. Drives for the implementation of facility improvement programs. Monitor his group health, safety, discipline, technical competence, professionalism and morale. Actively participates in attending training orientation program for new equipment and other technical trainings. Minimum Qualifications:
Has an educational background in Electrical Engineering Having an experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
