Facilities & Maintenance Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Can do and perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installation and repairs.
Performs touch up and finishing painting.
Performs basic masonry works repairs as necessary.
Knowledgeable in lighting fixtures/ LED/ Signage installation.
Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work. Familiar in using hand tools and powder tools in making minor and major maintenance repairs.
Familiar in construction materials and basic specifications.
Knows basic estimate in gathering materials needed.
Assists in contractors work and provide necessary instructions as needed.
Provides assistance to officials, staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary concerning any engineering works.
Knows preventive maintenance.
Willing to work in shifting schedule; work in evenings and Saturday rotation as required.
Performs and do task accordingly and on schedule.
Other duties that may assign to him by his direct superior.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with BOSH training
