Facilities And Maintenance Staff

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with BOSH training
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
- Can start ASAP.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Can do and perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installation and repairs.
- Performs touch up and finishing painting.
- Performs basic masonry works repairs as necessary.
- Knowledgeable in lighting fixtures/ LED/ Signage installation.
- Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work. Familiar in using hand tools and powder tools in making minor and major maintenance repairs.
- Familiar in construction materials and basic specifications.
- Knows basic estimate in gathering materials needed.
- Assists in contractors work and provide necessary instructions as needed.
- Provide assistance to officials, staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary concerning any engineering works.
- Knows preventive maintenance.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule; work in evenings and Saturday rotation as required.
- Performs and do task accordingly and on schedule.
- Other duties that may assign to him by his direct superior.
