Job Description PURPOSE OF POSITION To supervise day in day out activities done by the facilities and engineering personnel, staff or technicians including in-house service providers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
Participates in the creation, maintenance and reporting of technical activities of the department
Monitors department?s performance metrics to track completion of targets and goals.
Supervises preparation of contract and grant proposals while developing tools and spreadsheets to streamline project proposals including budgeting process.
Conducts analysis and provides justifications on all operational technical complain.
Manage systems, policies and procedures to protect departmental assets.
Communicates performance standards and conducts evaluations and initiations of 3rd party suppliers.
Measure, monitor and maintain customer service and satisfaction.
Responsible in maintaining harmonious working relationship among department personnel including notable affiliation to other group
Technical
Plans, coordinates, assigns, and evaluates the department activities of 3rd party supplier
Reviews, evaluates, and documents requests for end-user services
Update company?s legal requirement as well as monitor alteration for prompt compliance.
Track, monitor and trend Company?s water and power consumption for further analysis including its prompt payments.
Ensure timely implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment.
Ensure all emergency tools and services including power generating unit are on top working conditions.
Safety
Act as company?s pollution control officer as well as responsible for Fire Brigade team along with the maintenance of company?s fire safety tools and equipment.
Task to monitor and update pest controls system, conduct yearly safety and fire drills including maintenance of building?s stability and safety.
Ensure fire alarm system on all BU?s checked, verified and tested yearly as part of company?s contingency plan.?
EDUCATION REQUIRED
BS degree holder, Preferably technical related course from a reputable college or university.
LOCATION
Amenable to work in Manalac Avenue, Taguig City.
Office location will transfer to Sta. Rosa Laguna this year (Q4 - Year 2020)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of three years? experience as facilities and engineering supervisor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Knowledge on Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system
Understand Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
Preferably with basic knowledge on pollution control
Familiar with government legal requirement.?
Must be able to communicate effectively.
