Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in? Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial, or any other related field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, hardworking, able to function well under minimum supervision, and with good verbal and written communication skills.
Must currently be living in Bacolod.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Processing of Business Permit Applications and all government transactions to secure the necessary legal & government documents.
Processing of transfer of titles, real property tax, TIN, tax declaration, and other external affairs work.
Preparing of processing fee request.
Preparing of BIR Payments & Bank Deposit slips
Application of tax clearance for transfer, record purposes, and bank loan.
Collating of documents necessary for BIR, RD, & Assessor's Entry
Checking and requesting of IT Fee Payment
Transmitting titles unders clients' name
Liquidation of check vouchers and other fees
All other transactions in relation to the transfer process of the company.
