Export Coordinator

Immediate start- High competitive salary + paid benefits- Medical and dental insurance**Roles and Responsibilities**- Managing the logistics of international moves including the booking of vessels, aircraft, and organizing the equipment required to complete the move- Preparing House Waybills and loading plans- Liaising with Operations department regarding transportation to and from shipping terminals of containers/air pallets and confirmation of volumes- Preparing documentation for the shipping lines and then forwarding on to our international partners promptly- Liaise with international agents regarding rates and the status of air and sea shipments- Approving international agent and shipping companies' creditor invoices- Invoicing AMG agents for international origin services- Provide sea freight and destination services rates for sales staff (nationally) and agent offices- Ability to perform and succeed in an exports role- Attention to detail and time management skills- Well-groomed appearance and customer-focused attitude- Ability to work in a team environment- Proven administration skills- Computer skills- Thorough understanding of the removals and shipping industry**ShoreXtra Perks**- Free barista-style coffee- Free parking and jeepney services- Highly engaged team- Unlimited potential for growth- Challenging role- Fun and family-oriented working environment
