ROLE SUMMARYReporting to the Head of Global Clinical Supply Manila Operations (GMO) / GMO Team Lead with a dotted line reporting to the Clinical Supply Strategy and Management (CSSM) Group Lead. CSSM is a well-established high performing team within Pfizer's Global Clinical Supply (GCS) unit striving to deliver best in class clinical supply strategies providing supply forecasting, investigational product packaging and labeling, and overall project management in support of Pfizer's dynamic investigational product portfolio. As part of an innovative clinical supply chain, we routinely challenge the status quo in efforts to optimize our systems and processes.The role of the Expanded Access and Grant Lead is to provide project management for the provision of clinical supplies distributed by Global Clinical Supply (GCS) for clinical studies involving investigational research medicinal product. This work requires individuals to be change agile and have good problem solving, project and time management skills to meet study deliverables.Responsibilities include the following:- Review and assessment of GCS ability to support new and existing studies.- May provide aggregated investigational supply forecast across assigned program.- Enter study specific jobs into a scheduling system and project manage each job from initial entry to final release of the job.- Project manage from study start through to study close out.- May review study proposals and provide input on supply strategy, feasibility, and cost estimates.- Use data analytic systems to manage supply strategies- Attend periodic meetings with teams in other global time zones.Basic Qualifications:- Fluent in written and spoken English- BA/BS in supply chain, or business-related field.- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.- Exposure to working in a GMP / GCP environment and with regulatory audit teams.- Comfortable working with colleagues and customers in a matrix environment.Preferred Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience within supply chain management.- Proven ability to effectively develop, communicate, and execute project plans with multiple stakeholders.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSOffice work onlyWork Location Assignment: HybridNote - this is a specialist level roleLI-PFEPfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Logistics & Supply Chain MgmtLI-PFE
