Calendar coordination (scheduling / rescheduling meetings, time-zone management) Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes) Perform BDR tasks, list-building, and appointment-setting Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search through existing and related contacts Market research for potential clients Data entry in HubSpot, add new deals/contacts Assist in going through resumes Within Harvest track team utilization, how many hours are allocated Enter hrs per day and project, and add new people in the project (including person, picture, rate) The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
