Executive Sales Director

Job Title: Executive Sales DirectorSalary: 100k-150k, with 100k sign-on bonus and monthly performance-based incentives
Join our dynamic team as we search for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Sales Director to spearhead our outbound insurance lead generation efforts. Applicants must have 3 years of experience in CSR and 5 years in the sales industry! In this role, you'll lead a talented team of project managers, QA experts, team leaders, and assistant team leads, setting ambitious targets and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of our sales initiatives while surpassing performance goals. Reporting directly to ownership, you'll have the autonomy to drive significant performance improvements. As an executive, we're seeking a goal-oriented individual who can lead by example, providing clear guidance to direct reports on achieving objectives.
Salary Range: P100k-P150k
For immediate consideration, we're conducting over-the-phone initial interviews, during Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to our urgent hiring needs. We are open to applicants who are located outside DAVAO and are offering a relocation package.
