Others• Preferably female and not more than 35 years oldKey Responsibilities:1. Assists and acts in a confidential capacity to the President in providing advanced anddiversified executive support and managing the overall operation of the executive office.2. Anticipates matters to be attended to by the President and advises procedure as required.3. Manages and controls the President's calendar as well as the affiliate's annual businesscalendar, and distributes updates to internal stakeholders on a periodic basis.4. Processes all correspondences emanating to and from the President ensuring allcorrespondences are responded to. (documents for signature, routes to concerned partiesand various documents while keeping tracks documents signed)5. Attends management meetings, engaging and giving inputs on meetings/issues andtranscribes and circulates minutes.6. Formats creates and edits correspondence and other written materials.7. Organizes and maintains storage and filing.8. Makes extensive local and international travel arrangements and sets up travel essentialsfor the President.9. Receives and screens visitors, phone calls sometimes mails if needed10. Represents the President and demonstrates influence and confidence but with utmostdiscretion when dealing with clients, and internal and external stakeholders.11. Arranges VIP airport meet and greet, hotel accommodation, dinner and social gatherings,catering, and venue setup for the visitor of the President.12. Secures audiovisual equipment and other IT-related requirements for meeting andpresentation purposes of the President.13. Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determiningpriorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problemsolving, and making adjustments to plans across different companies and organizations.14. Designs, establishes, and maintains a management information system, including physicaland electronic files for the department.15. Exercises administrative authority over the organization by coordinating workassignments.16. Provides assistance in the recruitment process as needed17. Provides assistance in all of the President/CEO's personal activities(matters concerning,EO, DV Tech and Other Civic social duties)
