Duties & Responsibilities:•Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.•Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments•Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.•Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders•Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to gather quotes, order supplies and maintain office inventory•Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible•Qualifications:•With strong background in constructions company•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance•Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role•Proficient in MS Office and other business communications, preferably with SAP background•Outstanding communication and negotiation abilitie•Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.•Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
