JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Has good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Excel
- Has good business presentation skills
- Experience in administrative role is advantage
Job Description
- Perform general clerical duties
- Draft memos correspondences and sales report as needed
- Schedule and coordinating meetings, appointments and travels management for the business head
- Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute meetings
