Events Specialist (Sourcing)

**Responsibilities**:- Manning and facilitating events both onsite and offsite. (Academe, Recruitment Events,TESDA, etc.)- Involves in planning, coordinating and implementation of recruitment events.- Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-plannedrecruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Academe, Recruitment Open- House, and other related activities- To perform other tasks assigned and advised by management from time to time.**Qualifications**:- College Graduate preferably with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications- Strong knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Employer Branding, Events Management,University Relations, Vendor management, and job portals- Good Communication skills both written and verbal- At least 2 to 3 years of experience handling and executing recruitment events.- Good time-management skills- Amenable to work on a Hybrid setup**Job Type**: Fixed termContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
