Events And Marketing Coordinator

Education level: college graduate of Mass Communication and/or any related courses
Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Experience: preferably with experience in the same field
Technical Skills: Computer literate
Professional knowledge in Photography is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design the following for the hotel:
- Grand events
- Food & Beverage monthly themed promos
- Hotel lobby and other public areas
- Propose ideas to improve events and services provided
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Marketing and advertising all activities of the hotel through social media
(e.g. Facebook, Instagram, twitter and blogs)
- Design, build and maintain the hotel’s social media presence across all digital channels
- Attend to pictorials of VIPs, Banquet Functions, outlets and other hotel events
- Work closely with Marketing & PR to promote & publicize hotel events
