Erp-Functional Consultant

Assist customers in running their businesses more efficiently by implementing unique and new business systems and solutions.- Analyze, collect, and document the business requirements of the customer.- Define the issue at hand. Identify, validate, and record the most important business requirements and procedures / business process mapping- Coordinate and facilitate requirements walk-throughs and sign-offs, ensuring that representatives from business users and client stakeholders are present.- In order to generate business process maps, conducts interviews and analyses.- Participate in activities such as system configuration, testing, customization, and quality assurance.- On some projects, you may be asked to function as a project managerQualification:- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent is required.- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is preferred but not essential.- Previous expertise with ERP system implementation projects (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics / Navision, Oracle) is advantageous.- Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing, sales force management, and inventory management techniques.- Change management and business process analysis experience- Ability to convert customer business needs into business solutions- Client management and communication abilities are exceptional.- Full-Time position(s) open for self-starter, self-motivated, and team player.**Benefits**:- Company events- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
