What you will do: Assists and ensures compliance with environmental requirements, permits, policies, and regulations according to government regulations Provides guidance and processes for environmental permit applications Coordinates with stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing of environmental permits and requirements Conducts yearly audits to assess environmental policy implementation and provides feedback and recommendations Provides training and orientation to Restaurant Management teams on environmental compliance guidelines, permits, and standards Prepares and submits environment-related reports accurately and timely What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental and Sanitary Engineering Familiarity with permit processing, environmental laws, and ordinances Experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Assistant is a plus Who you will work with: Be part of a lean but integral and vital team which ensures top-notch safety and quality of service.
