HR Primo Management Services is looking for: Technical ERP Consultant Location: Quezon City, Philippines (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Responsibilities: Conduct software installation, configuration, and training according to a work plan and schedule. Effectively communicate and build consensus with clients. Design and conduct data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One. Customize forms and develop reports using any reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, MS Excel, or any appropriate tool. Create customizations on the system (SQL Queries for viewing the report, Formatted Search) based on the process of the client that was not available in the standard application of the system. Create Stored Procedures on SQL Server when there are some changes, customizations, and blocking in the system depending on clients' requirements. Create customized Forms, Layouts, and Reports for printing directly on every transactional document of the system mainly through the use of Crystal Report application. Train, coach, and mentor clients on the effective use of the software. Provide ongoing customer maintenance and support. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One. Provide regular project status reports to management. Set up Backup and Maintenance schedule of SAP database. Provide onsite or offsite Technical Support to clients. Perform other related tasks as may be required by the management, immediate superior, and client. Work Schedule Work Set-up (WFH or On-site): Mix of on-site and remote work / skeletal work setup Employment Status: Full-time Series of interviews after our endorsement: Online examination > Interview 1 (Hiring Manager) > Interview 2 (Senior Manager) > JO Minimum qualifications: Minimum of 1-year experience in any standard ERP products Relevant experience in customization of forms and reports of ERP products Microsoft Server Operating System, Crystal Report, and MS SQL background Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Amenable for Monday to Saturday, 8:45am to 5:45pm work schedule Can do fieldwork to complete projects/render services/attend meetings in the client's premises Can report to the office at least 3x a day Can stay with the company for a minimum of two (2) years #J-18808-Ljbffr
