Job Description:
Kalibrr is looking for an experienced enterprise sales leader to join the Kalibrr Enterprise team (our SaaS division) to grow platform adoption through new customer acquisition. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires outstanding business skills to sell into Fortune 1,000 companies, become a true partner to our largest clients, and bring their feedback to the broader team to improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Kalibrr and the potential that we have to transform organisations through new talents. This role is based in Jakarta and reports directly to the Managing Director, Indonesia.


Responsibilities:


Help build the enterprise client base in Indonesia, one of the top countries globally for Kalibrr Managing the Enterprise Partner organization driving hiring, training and performance management to empower each individual for success Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with HR and IT to structuring deals and guide them through product implementation Navigate short and long-term sales cycles across multiple lines of business & departments within an organisation Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and structure commercial agreements Support our partners to ensure success across the ecosystem Deep product expertise, understanding of the communications and collaboration landscape to sell a vision for how companies can change the way they hire and build phenomenal teams Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners including Client Success, Growth, Product and other teams Minimum Qualifications:
Strong sales leader with 10+ years professional experience in B2B software sales Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing large transactions while exceeding sales targets Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement Experience in driving and managing a sales team of 15+ people with a strong cadence of deal closure on a monthly and quarterly basis Interested in enterprise software, great products, dynamic start-up environments and the business of innovation Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive actions plans and communications Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving product and respond strategically to customer needs Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Kalibrr Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision Strong analytical ability and outstanding communications skills Willingness to travel ~30% of the time BA/BS degree required
