You will work closely with across all of Learning and Development and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of learning initiatives and programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.What you'll be doing...You will pioneer the newest learning technology. You will design, implement and manage adoption of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will ensure these solutions align with our business needs, are engaging, and most importantly enable our people to create the Verizon of the future.Funnel and project manage technical integration of learning content providersProject manage technical implementation of extended enterprise/multi-tenant architectureComplete and facilitate tier 3+ technical supportComplete application owner custodial and governance processes'Complete change management of platform enhancementsConsult with business workgroups on how to best leverage the platform for learning needsConsult with Curators/Instructional Designers on platform functionality and enhancementsSupport reporting & business intelligence requests for learning initiativesWhat we're looking for…You're energized by creating innovative learning technology solutions that enable a purposeful skills-based learning culture.
