This position is responsible for the implementation of preventive, corrective, overhauling maintenance activities related to plant electrical systems and equipment for a reliable, safe and cost effective operation of all generating units and related auxiliaries. We are looking for A-talents with the following qualifications: Registered Electrical Engineer. With 3 years of relevant work experience With good leadership and planning skills Willing to be assigned in Tiwi, Albay (Bicol) Licensed Driver (optional) Competencies: Knowledge in geothermal plant operations and maintenance Analytical skills, problem solving and decision making ability Working knowledge of business and strategic planning Verbal and written communication and presentation skills
