Due to the dynamic nature of the business your responsibilities may change over time as the business evolves.Responsibilities:Determine/Design Fibre path in LSDCreate Engineering Works Order (EWO).Free in LSD cases for Termination.Update Case Notes.Place and Monitor of PIPE/TransACT Dark Fibre Order.Site Modelling in LSD.Process allocated physical builds in Salesforce.Process allocated projects from PIPE Portal.Update project milestones.Assist Product Owners/Account Managers with inquiries regarding allocated projects/physical build.Coordinate with Field Operations regarding completion of works.Coordinate and update customers regarding their orders.Job Requirements:Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/ManagementMust have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunicationsWorking knowledge of Fibre Optic deployment requirementsWorking experience in any Database that keeps track of fibre infrastructureUnderstand and able to interpret engineering installation plansSound understanding of telecommunications physical constructionExpertise in Excel and Visio is an advantageStrong documentation and communication skills (Verbal and Written)Ability to work and interact with people at all levels and meet deadlinesHas strong analytical thinkingHow we workAs a combined business we have several amazing brands across fixed and mobile, these are the principals we are using to help us create something even better together.What makes TPG great is our people, we are a strong and mighty team that do a lot and we do it well.
