Engineering Asst.

Job Description:
1. Assist the Engineering department in the following:
> Drawing of engineering plans
> Research of needed equipment/materials for a proposed system
> Assist in project monitoring during deployment
> Produce operations manual and other documentation for client turnover
> Quality check of new equipment received
> Troubleshoot system issues onsite
> Configure equipment for client operation
> Troubleshoot Alto office equipment & network
> Process requests for additional materials/equipment, mobilization expenses and out of office business forms.
2. Provide necessary reports to Design Head such as:
> Service reports
> Accomplishment reports
> Equipment status reports
> Incident reports
3. Other tasks deemed necessary by the Engineering department
Qualifications:
1.Must be at least a Bachelor's degree graduate preferably ECE, EE or IT-related course.
2. Must have at least 2 years experience in an office environment, preferably in an engineering firm
3. Familiar in reading engineering plans
4. Must have experience in 2D CAD drawings
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
6. Experience in basic PC and network troubleshooting
7. Proficient in research via a browser- Must have personal basic tools for troubleshooting

4. Willing to work overtime & on a holiday as deemed necessary
5. Willing to be assigned out of town for several days or weeks for project deployment
