We are looking for an Engineering Assistant that ensures compliance with confidentiality and good manufacturing practices for anyone who enters the facility. Responds to all requests by managers and supervisors for general workload assistance throughout the day. Reports directly to the Plant Engineer.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Refrigeration, Electrical or equivalent.
Must be experienced in Refrigeration, Blast Freezers and Walk in Freezers
Focused and application oriented approach.
Creativity in the specialized subject.
Awareness about relevant specialized subject issues.
Ability to find solutions to triggers.
Apply innovative ideas to provide solutions to engineering problems.
He must have innate intellectual abilities.
He must possess an aptitude to assess and manage risks.
Must be reliable and should be committed to complete the projects in stipulated duration planned. Work as an effectual team builder.
You will be tasked to do, but not limited to the following jobs:
Assists the Plant Engineer in the daily operations.
Oversee active construction sites for safety and environmental concerns.
Observed preconstruction meetings between engineers and contractors if required.
Ensured safe working conditions and contributed accurate feedback to the Plant Engineer.
Conducts the daily routine in checking and facilitating the scheduled maintenance fo all the machines, blast freezer, walk in freezerl, boilers, waste water facility, generator set and the entire facility; required by the Plant Engineer.
Receive and check incoming parts for accuracy, prepare parts for use, perform finishing work and ensure upkeep of the materials and machines are in place.
Ensures that the quality of work is at 100% satisfaction level.
Working in collaboration with the Plant Engineer to design procedures, assessment techniques planning and execution of range of engineering projects.
Involved in designing prototypes and testing and implementing the product before user testing to comply by the standards.
Candidate must possess at least a course in Refrigeration.
