In your new role you will: Carry out programming tasks for eArchive including Change Requests or projects by following development guidelines and delivering the solution within scope, budget, and timeline. Perform root cause investigation and provide a solution. Provide technical consultation (e.g. application design/development, effort estimation) based on business user requirements and best fit for system operations. Perform quality assurance activities (e.g. prepare test cases, unit testing, code review). Provide ongoing consulting to business users whenever necessary. Capture and deliver documented business requirements and business process flow to developers. Communicate to business users to solve issues throughout the development process with a good understanding of the business user's needs and meet their expectations. Participate in projects whenever necessary. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree's in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course. Intermediate programming like Java, VB script, and PowerShell script. Intermediate Web-based programming including ASP.NET, C#, JSP, HTML, XML. Knowledge of project management and requirements gathering. Strong communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team, fast learner, self-driven.
