As an Engineer I, Technical Services, you will: Provide technical assistance to all customers, OEM customers, and sales through phone, email, and chat. Provide professional services and technical support for Copeland products. Conduct application reviews and technical and quality reviews of products. Monitor application engineering bulletin creation, review, and maintenance. Perform other functions that may be deemed necessary to deliver the output guided by the company's vision, mission, and employee policies. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of HVACR. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the field of HVACR, including controls Experience in Refrigeration Rack Systems and Supermarket Refrigeration systems. Basic understanding of electrical circuits and can interpret circuit diagrams. Basic computer hardware, software, and networking (IT) skills. #LI-Hybrid
