Unspecified Key Responsibilities
Creation of Manufacture BOM in TEAMCENTER based on Part Attribute Information
Collaborate with other Engineering Team & other cross functional areas to generate details in BOM , assembly drawing, Bill of the process and other pertinent information required to perform the job
Analyze engineering change packages (Engineering Change Notice, Drawings,.etc) and provide engineering disposition for accuracy and correct product configuration.
Provide JDE/SAP Requirements Planning with the information that it needs to create accurate master schedules, material requirements plans, and distribution requirements plans
Support engineering, purchasing and manufacturing in defining and resolving configuration control issues
Creation of Electronics Work instruction based on ECN or PCR(Process change request) with the use of softwares like Visio, NX, adobe acrobat, tetra 4D
Creation of process documents and desktop procedure
Required Qaulification
Degree in Engineering
Understanding of complex bill of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies
Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets. Work instructions
Continuous Improvement of products for manufacturing
Excellent Communication and computer skills
Keen on details, result driven, passionate, good working attitude
Preferably with experience in uSing teamcenter or other PLM system, JDE/SAP,Visio, NX, adobe acrobat, tetra 4D
Candidate must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
Have not been subjected to Disciplinary Action for 1 year
Have not been promoted or transferred for 1 year
