Encoder - Pasig Mercedes

Encoders will be reporting under the Anti-Obstruction Power Lines Project. They will perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.Duties:- Reports to Project Supervisor and Project Manager- Coordinates with field engineers as any administrative issues that may arise- Address inquiries of the building owner and may refer them to concerned coordinator and/or through MS Forms link- Organizing files according to the unit procedure- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient project operations- Routes and delivers memoranda, correspondence and other important papers as may be assigned- Performs other duties as may be assigned- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support- Handles any customer concerns and issues in a timely and correct manner- Processes end-to-end customer applications/transactionsJob Qualification:- Graduate of any 4-year course- Proficiency in MS Office & Computer skills- Good oral & written communication skills- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, 3 months experience in customer service is an advantageWork Location: On-site, Mercedes PasigWork Schedule: 5 working days, Monday to Friday
