Job Description:
The Employer Branding Associate will be responsible for executing the company’s employment branding strategies, positioning Healthy Options as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best talents.


Steward of the brand that supports the brand vision and mission at all times Implementing an Employer Branding strategy that is relevant, unique, and desirable, highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from others Planning, establishing and managing the company’s website careers pages, as well as social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other job recruitment sites or blog, in order to expand the company's online presence Developing creative ways to draw prospective employees by leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience Overseeing the production of all printed and online recruiting marketing materials Managing recruitment campaigns, and setting up an online recruitment program to promote job openings and career opportunities Researching the current talent pool and prospective talent market to find the best and most relevant candidate sources to meet current and future hiring needs Partnering with schools/universities to set up recruiting events and to develop sourcing strategies find prospective talents, and elevate the employer brand Developing and projecting the employee value proposition Other ad hoc tasks that may be required and relevant in the role Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required. Passion – Strong interest and desire to build the brand and the business. Embodies the brand, advocating healthy and sustainable living. Curiosity and Creativity – Always interested in the world around him/her. Constantly finds ways to innovate and think outside the box. Tech and Social Media Savvy – Ability to manage website and social media content as well as work with Google Analytics. Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects within tight and overlapping deadlines. Adept in planning, organizing, and execution. Takes initiative and accountability. Works independently with minimal supervision. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and basic business software applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills – Presents in an impressive, confident, and convincing manner using high-impact visuals and data. Communicates in a very professional and succinct manner.
