OA is experienced in designing, implementing, and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.

SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION:
You’ll be working closely with the Customer Experience managers in the UK to deliver best-in-class
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Engaging with our customers in new and innovative ways.
?Interacting with customers across various platforms, including email.
?Liaising with our Logistics manager to investigate any shipping issues.
?Maintaining efficient and high-quality ticket response standards.
?Solving complex customer issues and helping to drive positive customer feedback.
?Achieving targets set by the Customer Care Manager.
?Handling return requests and issuing refunds & replacements.
?Finding opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products where possible.

Benefits:
Salary (23K) + HMO + benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
?Willing to work in Makati
?Can start ASAP
?Very good English communication skill
?W/ at least 6 months BPO experience
